Course Curriculum
Eligibility
To enroll in the IIBA® CBAP Training Course, it’s ideal for individuals who have a background in business analysis and possess seven to ten years of experience in the field. This course is especially beneficial for senior analysis professionals and project managers.
As prerequisites, participants should hold either an undergraduate degree or a high school diploma. Additionally, they should have accumulated a minimum of 7,500 hours of work experience in the last ten years, with at least 900 hours dedicated to four out of the six BABOK® Guide Version 3 Knowledge areas. Furthermore, candidates need to complete a minimum of 35 hours of Professional Development (PDs) within the past four years.

Becoming a certified CBAP professional is a straightforward process:
Enroll in an official CBAP training course offered by an IIBA endorsed education provider.
Purchase your IIBA membership.
Submit your online CBAP exam application, which costs $495.
Upon successful completion of your exam, you’ll receive your CBAP certification
To pursue the CBAP certification, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Accumulate a minimum of 7500 hours of work experience in the past 10 years, with at least 900 hours in four of the six knowledge areas outlined in the BABOK® Guide Version 3.
Provide two written testimonials from a career coach, a client, or CBAP® (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
Agree to and sign the IIBA Code of Conduct.

Certainly, our CBAP course includes a practice test designed to assist you in your preparation for the actual certification exam. The application fee for the CBAP exam is $145. This fee is non-transferable (meaning you can’t get your money back if your application is accepted or rejected). The exam fee for non-members of IIBA® is $350. Members of IIBA® are charged $350 and non-members are charged $505.
The CBAP exam is difficult to pass, but with proper preparation and study plan, you can easily pass the CBAP exam. The CBAP exam questions are based on BABOK version according to the application, not on the memory of BABOK topic.
